Day 1: Arrive in Paris – Wine Tasting tour with local Dinner

Welcome to France. Arrive at the airport and transfer to the hotel for your stay. You have rest of day at leisure. Later in the evening proceed for wine tasting dinner. Wine Tasting Dinner could be a special evening in your Paris food and wine experience. There is no need to be an expert. The important thing is to love wine and food. You will be taken in a beautiful tasting room where your sommelier will await you. Throughout dinner, you’ll taste four different wines, chosen by your sommelier to match the food that night. The meal will be prepared by local Chef, Campbell Whitman, who’s a Cordon Bleu Culinary School graduate – with appetizer, main course and dessert. The menu is seasonal, so constantly changing, but here is an example of a recent menu we served: Homemade duck foie gras with apple and mango chutney and red onion jam / Duck Magret with pumpkin veloute / Moelleux au chocolate with homemade vanilla ice cream. With a unique and refreshing approach, your sommelier will take you through a variety of themes to build up and refine your wine knowledge. He will share with you the secrets necessary to taste wine properly, to navigate a wine list, and to choose wine at a restaurant. He will also expertly guide you through the main wine regions of France, explain to you how to read a French label, and how to pair wine with food. Our Wine Tasting Dinner is both informative and fun. It is also always a unique experience where people get to meet similarly-minded people, food, fun and wine-lovers from all over the world, all seated at the same table. We’ll finish up the evening with the tasting of a digestif. Overnight stay in Paris.

Day 2: Paris – Paris city tour with Eiffel Tower 2nd level & Seine River Cruise

Today after breakfast proceed for Paris Seinorama tour. Discover Paris’s most famous tourist sites and monuments on one unique tour This tour features a visit to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower with breathtaking views of the capital, a panoramic city tour by coach, plus an hour-long boat trip along the Seine. This comprehensive tour is the ideal way to discover Paris. Overnight stay in Paris.

Day 3: Paris – Paris Gourmet Walking Tour

After breakfast proceed for Gourmet walking tour. This three hours walking tour is perfect for discovering French cuisine and experiencing its fantastic flavours. On this guided tour, you will stroll like true Paris citizens through the medieval part of the Latin Quarter, famous for its large choice of high quality food products. This tour will take you through a market, a cheese factory, several bakers and confectioners, and will end at a regional food specialities shop. This walk will be rich in smells and flavours with a focus on family cuisine and there will be tasting stops in order to introduce you to French gourmet cuisine. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Paris.

Day 4: Paris – Nice

Today after breakfast check out from hotel & proceed to Nice by TGV train. Arrive & check in at hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Nice.

Day 5: Nice – Afternoon Half Day Tour to Monaco, Monte-Carlo and Eze – Seafood three course dinner

This morning enjoy a lovely visit to the Village of Eze, perched high on a cliff above the Mediterranean Sea. After a wander around the village where every street is full of charm and history, our tour then takes us to Monaco, for a visit to the Cathedral where Princess Grace is buried, the Palace and for a drive along the Formula One race circuit. Of course any Monaco tour would not be complete without a stroll around Monte-Carlo with its Casino, superb hotels and beautiful gardens. Later proceed to enjoy seafood dinner. Enjoy a seafood three course meal at Le Koudou, a colonial style restaurant situated on the famous Promenade des Anglais, between the Negresco and Westminster hotels. This restaurant has a winter garden and a terrace with sea view. **Seafood Menu (Starter/ Toast with smoked Salmon; Main/ Lobster with coral sauce; Dessert to choose on the spot and Glass of Champagne included). Overnight stay in Nice.

Day 6: Nice – Departure

After breakfast it’s time to check out. Transfer to the airport for your onward flight or back home.
